I have linked numerous DOS resources below. To the absolute best of my knowledge, all of the sites listed below contain only legal downloads (no pirated software). If you know otherwise, please contact me.
DOS Operating Systems
Personally, I would recommend going with either MS-DOS or Free DOS, but there are numerous other versions of DOS running around out there. I have listed the ones which I have come across below.

If you insist on using pretty pictures to navigate your way through DOS, then here are some options. I haven't tried any of them yet.
